Brian Forgione Foundation

Founded in April 2002, the Brian Forgione Foundation is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to creating opportunities in education and athletics while supporting and uplifting those affected by cancer. Inspired by the way Brian lived—with heart, resilience, and generosity—we strive to instill his values in everything we do. To us, family is strength, courage is power, and attitude is everything.



We proudly host one major fundraiser each year, along with several smaller events during the holiday season—all designed to make a lasting impact in our community. The Foundation actively supports a number of key partners including the American Cancer Society, Coaches vs. Cancer of NEPA, Make-A-Wish, Ronald McDonald House, and Geisinger Hospital. In addition, we remain engaged year-round in the local community by backing organizations and events that align with and advance our mission
